Riviera Kujukuri: Private 3BR Villa w/Pool & Sauna

Discover the ultimate retreat at our exclusive private villa in Kujukuri beach town. Unwind in luxury with your own pool, sauna, BBQ deck and tennis court, all reserved for your group. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the villa features 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, and an additional shower. Step onto the private outdoor terrace with a barbecue grill, perfect for relaxed gatherings amid natural beauty. The space Upon entering this gated property, you'll spot the tennis court and a driveway with ample parking space for 6 cars or more. Once you enter our villa, you're immediately greeted by the kitchen, living room, and dining/conference space. To the left you'll find 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, 1 laundry room, 1 sauna room and 1 bathroom. To the right 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 shower room, and an office. You will be able to access the outdoor BBQ deck and swimming pool via the large living room sliding doors, or via the side door from the sauna room. It is designed this way so that you can bring ingredients from the kitchen to the BBQ deck, as well as so that you may soak in the pool after sweating it out in the sauna room. Guest access Guests are free to access everything except for the storeroom (management building) next to the main building. Additionally, since we use a keypad self-check-in system, you can easily check in to your room without any hassle of waiting for key handovers. As it is a self-check-in process, after your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an online guestbook to fill in. Please be sure to fill it in, as according to the accommodation regulations in Japan, it is mandatory to register and submit for all guests. Kindly provide the required information. After completing the submission, you will receive the entry access code and house manual 2 days before check-in. If you have any other questions or uncertainties, please feel free to contact us. Other things to note ・No Smoking The entire facility is non-smoking.(including electronic cigarettes) Any violations will be reported to Airbnb support and additional cleaning fees will be incurred. ・Food Delivery Service BBQ and hot pot ingredient delivery is available. Please contact us via email after booking confirmation if you're interested! ・Ocean View Our facility is about a 3-minute walk from the beach, but please note that it does not offer ocean views. ・BBQ Equipment We provide electric BBQ grills. No lighters, charcoal, or gas canisters are needed, so please don't bring them. Simply bring your seasonings and ingredients to enjoy BBQ. ・Check-in/Check-out Times - Strict Adherence Required Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards Check-out: Until 10:00 AM For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. We can accommodate based on surrounding booking availability and will confirm approximately 2 days before check-in. Failure to adhere to times without prior notice will result in hourly charges. ・No Pets Pet companions are not allowed. ・Insects and Screen Door Usage Kujukuri is blessed with beautiful nature. While you can enjoy the environment surrounded by rich greenery and ocean, due to the abundant nature, insects (mosquitoes, gnats, stink bugs, beetles, etc.) may be noticeable depending on the season. This is a characteristic of our nature-rich environment, so we ask for your understanding. When opening windows, please ensure screen doors are closed to prevent insects from entering the room. ・Energy and Water Conservation Please cooperate with energy and water conservation. When going out, please check that lights, air conditioning, and water taps are turned off. ・Noise Control Please refrain from loud voices. This is a quiet area, so absolutely no noise after 9:00 PM. If complaints are received from neighbors, you will be asked to leave immediately. Regardless of the time, future stays at our facility will be declined, and refunds cannot be provided in such cases. ・No Shoes Inside Please remove shoes at the entrance. ・Toilet Usage Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet. ・Security Please lock doors securely. We cannot be held responsible in case of incidents. ・Kitchen After using dishes and utensils, please wash and return them to their original positions. While dishes and cooking utensils are provided, seasonings and oils are not available due to hygiene management reasons. Please bring your own. Note: Due to Airbnb's system displaying "cooking utensils" and "seasonings" together in the amenities category, seasonings may appear as available, but they are not provided on-site. ・Illegal Dumping Prohibited Littering cigarette butts, garbage, and dumping large items (suitcases, furniture) is prohibited. ・Occupancy Please declare the correct number of guests and do not use bedding or towels exceeding the registered number. Evidence of additional occupants will result in a $50 USD charge per person per night. ・Amenities Amenities (shampoo, body soap, detergents) are available for reasonable use. ・Sleepwear Room wear and pajamas are not provided. Please bring your own. Towels in the room are for use during your stay. Lost towels will be charged at cost. ・Smoking The entire property and grounds are non-smoking. Tobacco odors or stains will result in a ¥30,000 charge. ・Check-out Taking amenities will result in charges. Forgotten items will be disposed of. ・Purpose of Use This facility is primarily provided for accommodation purposes. Please refrain from actions that disturb neighbors or violate moral and ethical standards. ・Pool and Sauna Facility Usage Please use pool and sauna facilities appropriately. Do not put foreign objects in the pool or damage equipment. Violations may result in additional charges. Note: Pool is available only during summer season (typically closed from October to May). ・Wall and Ceiling Tape Prohibition As interior walls are painted, please do not attach tape or adhesives. ・Tennis Court Usage Tennis rackets and balls are not provided - please bring your own. After use, please clean the court with the provided broom. Tennis Court Hours: 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM Due to nearby residences, please adhere to these hours. No lighting is installed. Even if bringing portable lights, please observe the same time restrictions. ・Business Suspension Damage Compensation If guest actions cause temporary business suspension, we may charge full or partial accommodation fees for the suspension period. Repair and maintenance costs for business resumption may also be charged to guests. ・Additional Cleaning Charges Special cleaning charges will apply for vomit, prohibited smoking, or similar incidents discovered after checkout. (Police reports may be filed if charges are not paid.)
