The space Rental unit is located in a safe neighborhood with close proximity to local breweries, bakeries, restaurants, and parks. Kincaid Park, which is a 1500-acre park with 45-miles of trails, is a 10-minute drive away. This is a great place for x-country skiing, running, biking, walking along the ocean, and wildlife viewing. If you are looking to head downtown, you can easily get onto Minnesota freeway which will take you there in less then 15-minutes. Guest access You will have full access to the ground-level unit which has all the amenities that you will need (bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, closets, laundry room, and living room).
