The property offers a beautiful, landscaped yard with outdoor seating and a beautiful lake view. Just steps away is Lake Ella Park with a gazebo and a walking trail around the lake. The space Villa is on the backside of the house, facing a quiet and peaceful landscaped backyard with sitting space. Enter through your private entrance and into your large single room unit, which has a queen bed, two spacious walk-in closets with ample storage, a private full bath, and a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee pot. Washer/dryer on premises. Perfect for all travel and offers laptop-friendly workspace with fast internet and reliable Wi-Fi for work-from-home travelers. Please note if this property is already full, we have more units available! Guest access Guests will have a well-lit private entrance leading to their unit, and shared use of the yard and the washer and dryer. Unit is on the rear side of the house. Please note that the steppingstones can be uneven leading to the unit if that might be of concern. Other things to note We can provide additional linen/towels for longer-term stays if requested. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Check-in is 3pm and check out is noon. PETS Family pets are welcome if they have flea RX and current shots. We do charge a non-refundable fee/each pet: $68: 1 pet $33 for additional pet PARKING Free public parking is available either on the street or in the Lake Ella parking lot. However, the home has a private driveway to accommodate the elderly, those with limited mobility, families with small children and all guests to use as a convenience to load and unload their cars. Please show mutual respect for music volume, and late-night activities. Quiet hours are 8pm to 7am.
