Our charming modular home provides you with the privacy you need in each room, with a private half bathroom, all connected by a welcoming terrace. Furthermore, our shared spaces will surprise you, including an amazing fully equipped kitchen and a living room for your enjoyment. The space The residence features an innovative modular design, unfolding harmoniously. On the first level, you'll find ample parking and conveniently distributed service areas. The cozy living room provides you with a corner to connect with nature without interruptions from insects, while the extensive gardens and outdoor shower with hot water invite you to enjoy a serene environment. Two staircases lead to a terrace on the second level, seamlessly merging all modules into a harmonious ensemble. The main module, with an open-space design integrating kitchen, dining, and living areas, is complemented by a full bathroom and a bedroom. The remaining three modules are allocated as bedrooms, each equipped with a half bathroom and a private balcony. Furthermore, the property is fully enclosed, ensuring unparalleled tranquility at all times. Other things to note The house accommodates up to 8 guests. One bedroom has a full-size bed, the others have queen-size beds. All bedrooms feature air conditioning. The dining area seats 6, with additional seating available. The living room has 3 ceiling fans. There are two hot-water showers: one in the master bedroom and one outdoors in the garden.
