Spacious duplex room in Roma Norte

A three-story traditional Mexican art house nestled in the heart of Roma Norte. Located in a closed side street, the house is very quiet and peaceful. This is a truly special space for you to work, play, rest and enjoy Mexico City. The house has a courtyard with bbq grill and a rooftop to enjoy the sun. The space The room is on the second floor of the house with a lot of privacy. It is spacious and quiet with a working desk, closet and private bathroom. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a patio and a roof terrace to share. The hot water is the bottom handle in the shower and it takes a few minute to come out. During your stay I have lived in Mexico City for the last 2 years so I know all the good spots around the area, cafes, restaurants, art galleries and bars etc. I will be around the house most of the time so if you have any questions feel free to ask me. Other things to note I have a wine company here so I use the house as office and tasting room. We have really good wines at the house so if you want to some delicious wine, please let me know. We also host art events, wine tasting at the house sometimes so if you are interested in getting to know about the local community apart from the tourist spots, this is the place for you!
