Located a few minutes from Colmar in a small green setting in the center of Wintzenheim, the garden has a shared pool and a petanque court. The space The accommodation consists of a ground floor and an air-conditioned floor with a total area of 50 m2. This barn, renovated in 2022, is located at the end of a pretty garden with 12 ares of trees (see map). The entrance is independent, and it is possible to park the car in the immediate vicinity. On the ground floor you will find the living room with the lounge area and its stove, the dining area, a small equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove and fridge), then the shower room (shower and toilet) Upstairs is the large bedroom with exposed frame, dressing room, water point and the round window that offers a nice view of the Vosges from your bed. All in a quiet, cozy and typical atmosphere.
