Perfect for renovators, relocations, digital nomads, or business travelers. The space What our guests love: - The location! Downtown WG exudes charm and character, and this house is right in the heart of it! Less than a quarter mile from the wildly popular Telva at the Ridge, and less than a half mile from dozens of other award-winning restaurants and fun boutiques! - The privacy and coziness of the primary bedroom (it is tucked away in the back of the house, separated from the other 2 bedrooms. It also has its own bathroom and TV and is equipped with blackout curtains) - Large private driveway can fit up to 3 cars - The kitchen. Equipped with all the cooking basics and the open flow, it is a place where much time is spent - Host proximity. We live less than 5 minutes away and are available as needs come up. We have had many guests who are new to St. Louis and are happy to share insights and recommendations! Additional Info: The detached garage can be used for storage of items that do not require a climate controlled setting (there is no electricity in the garage). We recommend that any items stored be in a sealed container or something you would be comfortable storing in a shed. The garage can be used for storage of bicycles or motor bikes, but is not ideal for car storage since the door needs to be opened manually. Also please note, the backyard is not fenced in, and there is no basement. Guest access The entire home will be private to you! We offer keyless entry for the front and back door. Other things to note There is a 30 day minimum stay. Due to city regulations, all guests will also be required to get an occupancy permit with the city of Webster Groves (cost of $30). We provide initial startup amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, etc.), but since this is an extended stay, it is up to the guests to restock them when they run out.
