The Bungalow on Berkeley is a top-to-bottom renovated cottage steps from Honeoye Lake. Located at the north end of the lake, guests enjoy access to a private community beach, park, and boat launch. The home features three bedrooms, a comfortable common space, and a STELLAR game room that truly sets it apart (with brand-new flooring just completed). Bristol and Hunt Hollow ski resorts are both within 15 minutes for easy year-round fun. The space ***Please note we have two additional Super Host Rated Properties a few roads down. The space includes some great items: - Ping Pong - Fooseball Table - Dart Board - NBA Jam (replaced Ms. PacMan) - Heated Ski Storage Locker - Amazing sound system with Bluetooth hook-up - Brand new custom garage door - Table/Chairs for cards or other games This property DOES NOT have access to a dock, though a private boat launch and space to put boat trailer is available if interested. Guest access Our whole property is yours to use. Access to the community beach, playground and boat launch is less than a 5-minute walk along the water. We have two (2) newer kayaks w/life vests (located in game-room ski locker) on the side of the house. We have a one-wheel to take the kayaks to the water. Other things to note Our cottage is not directly on the water but has full access to the lake and our community area. Our community has no houses directly on the water, with a small dirt road between the road and water. Our bungalow is technically 3 houses back from water, requiring a very, very short walk.
