MORE ABOUT THE UNIT This spacious apartment has 2 large bedrooms, the main bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom has two full beds designed for a pleasant nights sleep for all. For your comfort all bedrooms are equipped with AC units. Our space also features 2 fully renovated bathrooms. On the second floor is a full bathroom with shower. The first floor features a half bath. The living room is cozy and the kitchen is stunning and fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and cooking wear. Outdoor: There is a shower outside to clean off beach sand. There is a private patio and spacious private courtyard Stay connected with high speed internet and smart tv. Our space allots for 1 designated parking space for your vehicle. Guest access Entire apartment Other things to note We provide beach towels, 4 chairs and a small cooler Puerto Rico sometimes experiences power outages, we apologize in advance if this happens. Bedrooms feature one queen and 2nd bedroom has two full beds. The unit fits 4 people however can fit up to 6 if two people want to share a full bed. Guests are kindly reminded that all beach towels provided must be returned at checkout. Any missing beach towels will incur a $25.00 replacement fee per towel. This helps us ensure future guests enjoy the same quality experience. Smoking of any kind inside the home is strictly prohibited. If smoke odor is detected or evidence of indoor smoking is found after checkout, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of odor removal and restoration.
