This loft is located in the heart of DTLA. There are a ton amazing restaurants and bars walking distance from this space. Enjoy all the city has to over while finding a peaceful escape when you get back to this space. Please note: This is a personal residence. As a personal residence, the owner has personal belongings here. We ask that you are respectful of this. We have designed spaces within for you to use during your stay. There is a live snake which is a pet. Please do not touch or open the tank. Do not feed it. Please do not move the furniture. There are a ton of plants. If you are planning on staying for longer than a week, we will have someone come to water the plants during the stay. Other things to note For late check-ins and check-outs, additional charges apply. Please inquire about the fees before making your booking. During your stay, we kindly request that you use makeup remover wipes or an appropriate substitute for removing makeup. Unfortunately, stains caused by makeup can be challenging to remove from our towels and linens. To cover the cost of stained items, we have implemented the following fees: - Stained towel fee: $10 per towel - Stained linen fee: $40 per linen item Additionally, this loft does not include a parking space. There is a parking lot adjacent to the building that provides paid parking :)
