Dimora Bellavista is a typical Apulian detached house, located in the historic center of Locorotondo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in a very central and convenient location with all amenities. From the two panoramic balconies you can enjoy a breathtaking view, on one side the Valle d'Itria also called Murgia dei Trulli and on the other the ancient village with its houses all painted white and the narrow and enchanting alleys with flowered balconies. The space The house of about 100 sqm was completely renovated in 2023 and has spacious and well-equipped rooms. It is arranged on two levels; on the first you will find the kitchen complete with microwave oven, dishwasher and induction cooktop, the dining room with sofa bed and smart TV, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor, you will find a large room with a king-size bed, a sofa, a TV and a study corner with a desk as well as a bathroom with a tub and two panoramic balconies. The rooms are embellished with typical star-vaulted ceilings. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Dishes, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, smart-TV, bed linen and towels are at your disposal. Guest access Detached house with private access. Two large private balconies for the exclusive use of guests. Access is via Self Check-in with the assignment of a personal code. The historic center is not accessible by car or motorcycle. Free parking is available about 250 meters away (WHITE stripes). The historic center is subject to ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), check the times on the road signs to avoid fines. Locorotondo, which owes its name to the perfect circular shape of its historic center, is magnificent to visit any time of the year, for its warm but dry climate in summer and mild in winter. It is located between the provinces of Taranto, Bari and Brindisi; it is also located in the center of the "Via dei 2 mari", a route that connects the Adriatic Sea to the Ionian Sea and that can be traveled on foot or by bicycle The location is strategic both for reaching the beaches and the clear sea of Monopoli, Savelletri and Torre Canne in 30 minutes and for visiting the other characteristic villages of the Valle D'Itria such as Alberobello, Cisternino and Martina Franca in 15 minutes, Ostuni and Castellana with its unmissable caves in about 30 minutes. The most striking panoramic view of Locorotondo is the Belvedere of Via Nardelli, located on the top of the hill of the historic center; from here you can admire the entire valley until you see the coast of the Adriatic Sea. One of the balconies of Dimora Bellavista overlooks this panoramic terrace; the fascinating spectacle that you can admire from here is unparalleled! The beauty of Locorotondo is its enchanting historic center and its magical atmosphere; the narrow streets, the sloping stone roofs, the white stone of the houses and the cone-shaped roofs of the trulli make it one of the most evocative places in Puglia. In the heart of the historic center, about 90 meters away, stands the Mother Church of San Giorgio martire, a masterpiece of Apulian Baroque. The historic center of Locorotondo offers various events throughout the year, including internationally renowned ones: concerts, Christmas markets, food and wine tours, book presentations and art exhibitions, and local wine tastings at the prestigious social winery. The streets of the town are festively decorated with flowers, lights and a multitude of stalls; our panoramic balcony is a front-row seat for viewing the exciting fireworks competition that attracts thousands of enthusiastic spectators every year and closes the celebrations by illuminating the entire valley.
