Come visit one of the best places on the Frio River. River’s Edge at Oasis offers a private riverbank, two swimming pools, basketball/volleyball courts, a playground, cabana areas, breathtaking Mt. Baldy views, and a prime location at Mager’s Crossing. All rentals include WiFi, Smart TV, stocked kitchens, fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ pit. River Access Enjoy direct access to the river from our property or walk to Mager’s Crossing — one of the easiest and most popular spots to get in the water. Other things to note We provide a starter pack of essentials: 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. Beds are fully made with linens, comforters, pillows, and mattress pads. Guests receive 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per person. Additional supplies will need to be replenished by guests during their stay. Cell service is limited — AT&T and T-Mobile typically work best, but can still be spotty. Perfect for unplugging and enjoying the river! Please remember: this is a true Frio River experience. While many guests camp or stay in tents, our cabins offer comfort with a cozy, Hill Country feel — not a luxury hotel, but a relaxing and memorable river retreat.
