Other things to note Important: This accommodation is for family only, no parties or events and we reserve the right to cancel high risk reservations. Example: Reservations during the weekend for a short period and with guests of the same sex are a high risk for parties. Note: The booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our penthouse is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly. 1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. 2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5. You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service. 6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €699,00. 7. The facilities of the community are for owners only and can not be used by guests. 8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 9. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience. 10. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us. 11. Pool Notice: The swimming pool will be closed for essential repairs from 24 May to end of June. Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
