This is a well equipped spacious one bed flat with a king size bed. It accommodates two, but can sleep up to four people with the use of the sofa bed. It's approximatley 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Charlbury. Open plan lounge/kitchen area. Off street parking for up to two cars. Use of the front garden for sitting out and watching the sunset of an evening. Charlbury has some lovely pubs and is an ideal base if you'd like to visit Oxford, Blenheim Palace and many other Cotswold towns. The space 'The Loft' is above the garage so you will have stairs upto the flat. This gives you a lovely view of the fields out of the bedroom window. Guest access There is a garage directly by the staircase up to the flat and use if tge front garden to sit and enjoy the outdoors. There is also a washing line for you to use if you need it. Other things to note We are in a rural setting and you do hear farm machinery at times.
