Parking passes are only needed between Memorial weekend thru Labor Day weekend. There are (2) parking passes for you to use if staying during those months. These must be hung on the rear-view mirror of your car(s) upon arrival. These parking passes will allow you to park on either the 1st or 2nd Tier Parking. Vehicles not displaying the parking permit will need to park on the 3rd Tier. 2. No Oversized Vehicles (Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day). The Ledges (during peak season) does not permit over-sized vehicles that take up multiple parking spots. For example, if you have an RV that is required to park across 3 spots, it would not be permitted. Parking of "normal" sized vehicles (i.e. F-150, etc.) is permitted. 3. No Trailers, Boats, Watercraft, RV’s, etc. are to be parked or stored anywhere on the complex without pre-approval. Boats & Personal Watercraft Boat launching and Trailer parking: Although this property comes with access to on-site boat and PWC docks, The Ledges does not offer a boat ramp or trailer/boat parking. Guests find the Lake of the Ozarks State Park a convenient facility for launching, retrieving, and parking. The ramp at the park marina is well kept and in a quiet cove. Short-term or long-term parking is available in the Pa He Tsi area for reasonable rates. Contact the marina for more information. Other things to note We apologize for the necessary cleaning fee.
