Casa Arena is a jewel nestled in the heart of the city. Harmonious, elegant, and comfortable, it offers a space to complement your travel experience. Its Chukum finish, a technique inherited from the Mayans, resembles the sands that beautify our beaches. Each corner has been carefully designed and decorated to provide you with the greatest comfort, framed with vegetation that allows you to feel the breath of our land. There are two spacious rooms equipped with comfortable king size beds, a desk, a closet, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The upstairs room has a terrace, and the downstairs room has a private garden with a beautiful hammock. In addition, outdoors you can enjoy a refreshing pool area, terrace, and garden, accompanied by a half bathroom with towels for the pool. The house has a cozy air-conditioned area, decorated with unique pieces by local artisans, with a living room with a sofa bed and dining room and fully equipped kitchen (water in a jug, coffee, sugar, oil and salt are also provided). There is also a washer and dryer. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. Other things to note DETAILS TO CONSIDER -WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE MOMENT. -Stays longer than 7 nights will be charged an extra fee for excessive use of electricity as long as they exceed the allowed 12 kWh per day from the beginning of your stay, (this amount allows you to have the air conditioning on for 8 continuous hours without any problem), the cost of extra kWh is $4.00 Mx. -The house has security cameras outside the property. -The cleaning fee is only so that the house is clean with the established sanitary protocols when you enter. If you require general cleaning after entry, there will be an extra charge ($1100 pesos per event) and it is extremely important to pre-request it in advance. RULES - Events on the property are forbidden (Airbnb fine $500 USD). - Entering with more people than those registered in the application is forbidden. - Visitors not listed in the reservation are prohibited. -Smoking is prohibited, however you can smoke in the outdoor areas, always making sure to put out all cigarettes inside the respective ashtrays. - Be careful with the use of electricity and do not leave lights, fans, or air conditioning on when not in use. -Do not flush toilet paper down the toilets, use the trash cans. -The locksmith service for both interior and exterior doors is at the guest's expense. Please be careful with closed doors, lost keys or keys left in the accommodation. - We ask you to be careful with the linens and towels we provide (hair dye stains, blood, wine, markers/pen generate a cost of $600 per piece). -Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am, EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
