Bramblebee Cottage is a modern, comfortable coastal holiday home situated in the popular village of Salthouse in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within minutes of north Norfolk’s coastline & beaches. The village is host to a good local store & great pub, which you can walk to from your front door. Perfect for exploring the coastline, from the popular resorts of Sheringham & Cromer to the picturesque villages of Cley-next-the-Sea & Blakeney. It’s a walkers’ paradise! The space Bramblebee Cottage is a light, spacious open plan property. The charming cottage has two bedrooms, featuring one double room (with a kingsize bed) and one twin room (with 2 single beds), an open plan dining and sitting room, log burning fire and double doors opening into the kitchen. There is both a shower and a bath located in the bathroom on the first floor and a separate W/C on the ground floor. The property is accessed from the driveway through a gate into an east facing garden (fully enclosed), with garden furniture, to enable guests to enjoy the morning sunshine. Upon entering the cottage, there's a small entrance hall leading to the stairs (easily accessible stairs for all ages) and the sitting room to the left. Sitting Room / Dining Room: Wonderful light spacious room, with a large bay window to the front and French Doors leading to the garden at the rear. Wood flooring throughout and a log burning fire. Relaxed seating area comprising of two, 2 seater sofas, an arm chair and foot-stool. Large dining table seating six. Smart TV, Freesat and DVD player, music speaker and a good selection of books, local maps, games and jigsaws to keep guests entertained. Double doors leading to - Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen, with integrated electric hob, fan assisted oven and grill. Microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Breakfast Bar and music speaker. Door leading to the back entrance hall, plenty of space for coats, dirty wellies etc. on the left is the door to a small W/C and on the right is the door to the back garden. First Floor Double Bedroom, with King Size divan bed, views out to the front of the property over the fields and Salthouse Church. Large wardrobe and two chest of drawers. Twin Bedroom, with two single divan beds, a small bedside cupboard and tall boy with five drawers. Hanging pegs for additional clothing. Family bathroom, with a bath, large walk-in shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. The airing cupboard, with clothes horse, iron, ironing board and additional blankets if required. Outside: In addition to the front garden mentioned above, there is a fully enclosed west facing garden located over two levels, comprising of a lawned area with rotary dryer and a shingled area with garden furniture.
