Gîte for 4/5 people: La Draille

Estate with swimming pool (shared with 3 other cottages) on 1.5 hectares of land in the Cévennes Ardéchoises, in the municipality of Gravières, 5 minutes from Les Vans. Close to all amenities, hiking or mountain biking trails, climbing sites, swimming holes, canoes-kayaks,… The space La Draille is located in the heart of the hamlet. Its terrace nestled between the two wings of the house faces south. The accommodation offers on the ground floor: - access via a beautiful terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, - - a fitted kitchen (an electric stove, an oven, a hood, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, dishes and cooking utensils...), a dining room - a living room with a fireplace with insert, a sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table, a storage cabinet and a television - a bathroom with shower, sink, cabinet, hairdryer and separate toilet - a storage room with a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. Upstairs with stair access: - one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and two bedside tables, a wardrobe/closet - a bedroom with three single beds (90 x 190 cm) with bedside tables and a wardrobe/closet. This gîte has central heating. Guest access Located on the heights at 360 m altitude, you will need to take a small road under the chestnut grove to discover beautiful wooded meadows, a salt pool with views of the Serre de Barre, a petanque court as well as games for children. Many places in the area are conducive to tranquility and well-being. Other things to note Optional linen rental: €15 for a single bed and €17 for a double bed. Optional central heating €8 per night or purchase of logs. Pets are welcome subject to compliance with certain basic rules. For the months of July and August, bookings are only possible by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
