CHECK-IN TIME: 2pm onwards CHECK-OUT TIME: 11am PARKING Please advise us should you need a parking space during your stay. We have a allotted parking in the building. Overnight rate is Php300 on top of the unit booking. AMENITIES: SWIMMING POOL – Open on TUESDAYS -SUNDAYS (8:am-7:30pm). CLOSED ON MONDAYS FOR CLEANING. The pool is functional and free to use however, there are scaffolding due to the new towers’ Construction to keep the residents and guests’ safety. BASKETBALL COURT – Free to use GARDEN – at the 4th floor is also open to enjoy the scenery of the area PET-FRIENDLY – your small furbabies are welcome in our home. Must be leashed in common areas and make sure to pick up their waste when roaming outside the unit. NAMI’S PAD HOUSE RULES • Only registered guests are allowed overnight • Any type of illegal activities is STRICTLY PROHIBITED • NO SMOKING inside the unit • Turn off lights and aircon when not in used • We’d love to keep the peaceful neighborhood. Please minimize noise, Quiet Time is at 11pm • Damaged appliance/Furniture will be subject to additional charges • Stained/Damage tower, sofa, bed, carpet, sheets, pillows will incur a Php1,000 penalty per item • Stained/damaged towels, couch, area rugs, throw pillows, pillows, and bedsheets • We’ll be providing house slippers. To maintain cleanliness of the unit, please feel free to leave your shoes in the cabinet by the entrance. • Cooking utensils/appliance are provided in our unit, please feel free to cook, heat food for your convenience but cooking STRONG ODOR FOOD like dried fish is STRICTLY PROHIBITED • We have designated trash bins around our unit (Kitchen, Bathroom, and Bedroom). • We might not answer promptly during our work hours: 9am-5pm. Please feel free to contact us from 6pm-12mn. We’ll try our best to answer the soonest we can. • NO LAST MINUTE REBOOKING. In line with our strict cancellation policy, we do not allow rebooking less than 2 weeks before your stay
