Just a mile off of I-44, there is a little oasis on a half acre of land with a studio home set up for clean, comfortable, cozy living. We built it for ourselves, but find we are often in other areas, leaving this little gem vacant. We have decided to make it accessible to you and your pets. The space From the tall ceilings, dimmable canned lighting, granite countertops, cozy queen bed, and an ample tiled shower, even a full-size washer/ dryer, to a beautifully landscaped yard, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home here. An all electric home! Enjoy the screened porch with a glass of wine while watching the dancing flames on the fire pit (firewood included). Feel relaxed while at one of Purina Farms Dog Shows knowing you will be returning to a comfortable and secure home for you and your pets. Guest access You will feel secure with the brightly lit property with a dusk to dawn light. There is an accessible attached garage (no heat or ac) this space is not to be used to park any type of vehicle. Enjoy the well manicured grass yard to walk your pets. Other things to note There is a 2 pet limit! Unless approved by host prior to booking! Please clean-up after your pets. Plastic bags are in the garage. No smoking in the interior buildings. There is a full sized refrigerator in the garage for your use. Laundry supplies are included. Pets-food bowls, treats, litter box, small pet bed, and foot towels are all included. We welcome your pets as we have one dog named Holly and one Siamese cat named Mr. Big Kitty. (Our pets are not at this location).
