Santa Fe Room at Kas's House ~ SmartTV ~ No Fees

Come share my home with me! You'll enjoy your own cozy, full bedroom with Santa Fe, NM themed furniture and decor (I lived there for a time), a Private SmartTV with access to select apps, and your own detached, private bathroom that's recently been updated. The home is family and dog friendly welcoming only the most well-behaved children and pups at no extra fee, with a great yard to enjoy and stretch your arms in. The space My offered space is my home, so you can expect to experience just that - a complete and comfortable home. I like old things and a few nick-nacks so you can expect to admire some throughout the house. Because this is my home, I do have personal items throughout i.e. photos and art... I've recently refinished the original hardwood floors and baseboard to bring some charm and life back into the space, I hope you love it!! Your room is uniquely Santa Fe themed. I lived there and other places in New Mexico, so I put all of those feelers into one cozy space for you to enjoy. :) Guest access My guests are invited to use the communal spaces: living and dining room, laundry room and kitchen while they are here. They are also welcome to enjoy the front and back yards at any time! :) **If working remotely please keep your work to your room** The garage, office (2nd guest room), my bedroom and bathroom are private spaces reserved for myself and/or other reserved guests. During your stay I may or may not be home during your stay. I operate a farm-to-fork food cart in McMinnville 5 days a week. However it's possible I'll off adventuring - my favorite pass time. :) If I'm home I am available in person and always available via message no matter where I am. I like to get to know my guests whenever possible but also follow my guest's lead if they aren't feeling social. When paths and timing permit I enjoy cooking breakfast for my guests. **IMPORTANT** I have 2 dogs who live in the house with me. They are high energy, happy, Border Collie-Blue Heelers. You will be staying with myself and them. If you stay for longer periods of time it is very likely you will be with them at the house without me. The do not get along with cats, so cats are not allowed in the home. Other things to note ~~We have 8 wonderful chickens 🐔! They live in their own sectioned off portion of the backyard, their run. You will certainly see them and hear them from time to time - sometimes Miss Etta James justneeds to sing! 💁🏼‍♀️ **If being close to chickens and/or hearing them may be a bother to you I recommend that you keep searching for the perfect home. ~~Your bathroom is detached and is on the opposite end of the house. You will walk through the kitchen to the bathroom. ~~Two amazing Border Heelers share my home with me. 🐕
