Gorgeous Peaceful Cottage

Welcome to sunny Sabal Key, Bradenton. You will be staying in a beautiful cottage located near several of the Gulf Beaches as well as Sarasota (SRQ) airport. The townhouse has a full kitchen with all the utensils, pots, and pan you need to cook, as well as a mini electric oven, microwave and a coffee maker. Club house, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground. Private parking space. Grocery shops, Walmart and restaurants, bank, and gas stations are just a mile away. The space The place has just been remodeled, and the decor brings a beach feel and a relaxing atmosphere. There's two bedrooms available with queen beds, a cozy lanai with gorgeous water view, and enjoy a bathtub in a spacious tub. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage to yourselves, swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground. You have a private parking space right in front of the cottage, extra parking available just across the house . Other things to note Sabal Harbour Homeowners Association, Inc. Pool Rules The pool is the for the exclusive use by the members of the Sabal Harbour Homeowners Association only and up to 4 additional guests, any additional guests beyond this will require prior approval from the HOA board. Any emergency repairs conducted by the HOA can be carried out without prior notice. There are no parties allowed on the pool deck. Swim at your own risk, there are no lifeguards present. Pool hours are from sunrise to dusk. Shower before entering pool. The pool is not heated during the winter months. Children under 16 years old are to be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult. Parents are responsible for all acts and the conduct of their minor children. Parents are responsible for ensuring their children do not urinate or defecate in the pool. Regular diapers are not allowed in the pool. Swim diapers must be used. Parents are responsible for ensuring their children do not urinate or defecate in the pool No Diapers allowed in the pool, swim diapers MUST be used. No running or diving in the pool area. No objects such as balls or toys should be thrown within the pool area, with the exclusion of the use of the water volleyball area of the pool. No pets within the pool area. Swimsuits are required at all times while in the pool. No topless or nude bathing or sunbathing. Residents of Sabal Harbour / Sabal Key must accompany their guests and are responsible for explaining pool rules to their children and or guests. Resident and guests are responsible for cleaning up and discarding any and all trash in provided receptacles upon leaving. Failure to do so will result in any and all cleaning charges incurred to be paid by the resident failing to clean up their trash. Food and drinks are prohibited within 10 feet from the pool. Glass Containers are prohibited in the pool area. No alcohol allowed in the pool area. If you see storm clouds approaching, leave the water immediately and seek shelter. The use of audio equipment is limited to personal use only and earbuds/headphones must be used at all times. No Canopies or screen rooms permitted in the pool area No Lawn games including but not limited to Corn Hole, Ladder Ball, Lawn Jenga are not permitted in the pool area. Irresponsible behavior and violations of the rules will be reviewed by the HOA Board of Directors. The Board of Directors reserves the right to revoke or suspend the homeowners privileges at any time. No smoking of any kind including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars and vaping allowed in the pool area. No persons with open cuts or skin infections may enter or remain in the pool. Deck Furniture must remain at least 4 feet from the edge of the pool Abusive or profane language, running, shoving, pushing or causing undue disturbance may lead to suspension of pool privileges. If flotation devices are used, the parent or guardian must be with the child. Proof of residency may be required Bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards, or any other similar vehicle or sporting equipment is not permitted on the pool area. Maximum pool capacity is 87 persons. Call 911 in the event of an emergency. Non-emergencies call the Manatee County Sheriff’s Department.
