SUITE DETAILS: "The Angel's Share" is a spacious 2-bedroom suite equipped with contemporary comforts including a modern kitchen, bath, all-new appliances, two private king bedrooms, and a comfy queen sofa bed. This suite perfectly accommodates 4-6 guests, offering a dining and living space fit for socializing and relaxing. "Single Malt" is a modern studio with a king bed and a queen sofa bed, featuring a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee bar, mini-fridge, housing 2-4 guests comfortably. The "Rickhouse Loft", our final suite, has a delightful open concept design, perfect for groups to gather, eat, drink, or watch television. Enjoy some downtime with sprawling open areas for privacy. All three suites feature 4K Smart TVs with YouTube TV for local and cable channels, as well as your favorite streaming accounts. Each suite supports a digital keyless door lock, ensuring each group can access their suite hassle-free. For convenience, Suite 1 and 3 offer laundry areas equipped with new washers and dryers. Awake each morning to a complimentary cup of our Keurig coffee, kickstarting your exploration of Louisville. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS** We are an integrated partner with Airbnb. As such, our guests are required to complete a separate host rental agreement that will be sent to you after booking. Additionally, a credit card will be required to authorize a $300 security deposit hold. This hold will be released upon checkout as long as no damages or excess mess is done at the property. Guest access Guests have full access to all three suites via a digital keyless door lock, providing flexibility and security irrespective of the time of day. At their convenience, are cleaning supplies to maintain the cleanliness of the suites throughout your stay. We provide one off-street parking spot located at the rear of the property and additional free parking is available along Main Street. NOTE: Tartan House is a separate business.
