By condominium rules, every vehicle must be parked by the building valet, and the guest is not allowed to do so. Rest assured, this is for your comfort and safety, and that of all other parked vehicles. If you want to park yourself, across the street there is a parking lot until 10 p.m. that you can, separately, negotiate the stay. In the case of motorcycles, there is an exclusive space for motorcycles, where you can park yourself according to the number of existing spaces. Visitors are allowed but, ATTENTION: They must be requested in advance via Chat to our reservations team and it is mandatory to send the document of all of them for registration with the building's concierge. Also, pay attention to the schedule, and they should end at 10:00 p.m. Overnight stays are not allowed for people who are not registered for the stay. Pets are not allowed during your stay. It is necessary to respect the quiet hours, stipulated between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
