Located near Duskin Point Marina! The space RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. Sleeps 14 in beds. Maximum Occupancy: 14 GREAT LOCATION!!! This lovely home is located conveniently 2 doors down from Duskin Point Marina. This house has an easy walk down to the dock, with only 20 steps. Dining area seats 6 and an additional 3 can sit at the bar, plus outdoor seating. Plenty of room for multiple families to spread out, the basement has a second living room for watching tv and a full kitchen. Gas fireplaces are not operable. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Full size bed with bathroom on hall - on main level Bedroom 2: King size bed - with TV, private bath (jacuzzi tub, double sinks) and opens out to the back deck - on main level Bedroom 3: Queen size bed and King size bed - bathroom in utility room - located on lower level Bedroom 4: 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin over full) - located on lower level Dock has two boat slips available for the guest's use. No power on the dock. Yearround water. PEAK SEASON: no Saturday to Saturday rentals. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
