This beautiful chalet will please you with its incredible view of the patio and its bay window overlooking the Saint-François River. The place is peaceful and spacious. The space The cottage is open plan with a large dining table to share good meals for families or with friends. You will find 3 bedrooms including a king bed and two queen beds, a large bathroom with bath and Italian shower. The chalet comfortably accommodates 6 adults. It is possible to make a request for 7 (child) and sleep on the couch or an extra mattress. You will find a ping pong table, a foosball table and a wood-burning fireplace in the garage for hours of fun! The spa faces the river, it is 4 seasons, functional all year round! It has a pedal boat on site! You can also bring your nautical boats. Your pet is welcome at the chalet with some regulations to respect and an additional fee. Other things to note Please note that the rooms are located in the basement. The land is not fenced. Supervision of children is required. In front of the cottage is a free-range dairy herd. They're very pretty, but you just have to look at them. No contact or food should be given. Thank you!
