This beautiful chalet will please you with its incredible view of the patio and its bay window overlooking the Saint-François River. The place is peaceful and spacious. The space The cottage is open plan with a large dining table to share good meals with family or friends. You will find 3 bedrooms including a king bed and two queen beds, a large bathroom with a bath and an Italian shower. The chalet comfortably accommodates 6 adults. It is possible to make a request for 7 (children) and to sleep on the sofa or an extra mattress (you must provide the mattress) You'll find a Ping Pong table, foosball table, and wood-burning fireplace in the garage for hours of fun! The spa faces the river, it is 4 seasons, functional all year round! There's a pedal boat on site! You can also bring your watercraft. Your pet is welcome at the cottage with a few rules to follow and an additional fee. Other things to note Please note that the rooms are in the basement. The grounds are not fenced. Child supervision is required. In front of the chalet is a free-range dairy cattle farm. They're very pretty, but you just have to look at them. No contact or food should be given. Thank you!
