The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small marina and 1000 square meter park-like garden. On the first floor (with underfloor heating) is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large double bedroom and a bathroom with a hot tub. In addition, there is a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby running grill. The next day you can explore the colorful Berlin cultural scene or plunge into the crazy Berlin nightlife. This house is ideal for an active family or perfect for a romantic love vacation for two. Everyone can relax in the hot tub or at the harbor. Your pet will also feel right at home here in the fenced property. A total of 6 people can stay overnight. (There is space for additional beds.) Optionally, a sports motorboat and a kayak are available for you. There are many free parking spaces available for your cars right next to the property.
