House directly on the Spree with hot tub and sauna

The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 m² park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is the living room, the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool. There is also a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby playpen. The space A place in Berlin for your heart and soul. Enjoy the tranquility and power of nature at Lake Müggelsee. The next day you can explore the colorful Berlin cultural scene or plunge into the crazy Berlin nightlife. This house is ideal for an active family or perfect for a romantic love vacation for two. Everyone can relax in the hot tub or steam sauna. Your pet will also feel right at home here in the fenced property. A total of 6 people can stay overnight. (There is space for additional beds.) Optionally, a sports motorboat and a kayak are available for you. There are many free parking spaces available for your cars right next to the property.
