We appreciate you are on holidays however respecting our neighbours is very important. • No loud noises at any time that would disturb neighbouring properties. • Quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM. • If you stay up late but please do so inside not in the outdoor / BBQ area. • Strictly no parties of any kind. As per AIRBNB policy. • If this policy is not respected we reserve the right to terminate the reservation without refund. Damages • Accidental damage, stained linen etc. will inevitably happen. Please let us know if this occurs so we can fix the issue and continue to provide a 5-star experience for both you and our future guests. • We will quickly communicate any additional costs to you in a positive and proactive manner.
