Charming room with garden in Alsace

Nice PRIVATE bedroom and bathroom, on the ground floor of a large quiet house, with INDEPENDENT access. In addition, direct (non-private) access to a large kitchen/living/dining room with terrace and garden. We occupy the upper floor and preserve your peace of mind when you are present, but can also circulate on the ground floor and interact with you occasionally, in French or English :-). Hot drinks available, pastries offered in the morning. The space Ideal location: 200 m from the center of Habsheim, very quiet neighborhood and close to nature. Departure of hikes in the hill and all amenities within walking distance: train station, bakery, Intermarché, shops, restaurants, post office, nautical center within walking distance in minutes. Highway access (A36) at the exit of the village towards Mulhouse (10 min), Colmar (25 min), Strasbourg (60 min) or Switzerland, Basel (25 min), and Germany, Badenweiler and its thermal baths (25 min). Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg Airport 15 minutes away. Numerous tourist attractions and activities: hiking in the Vosges or the Black Forest, wine route, Christmas markets, Europa Park, many renowned museums and parks. Guest access Living space, terrace and garden accessible from the bedroom in complete tranquility, to eat in the morning, to rest after a day of sightseeing, to warm up a dish in the evening and enjoy it. This space is not exclusively reserved for you, so it should be kept tidy and used responsibly :-).
