The space - Private, Modern and Styled to enhance a relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful guesthouse is nestled in the scenic coastal suburb of Marino, only 18 km south west of Adelaide CBD. - Private guesthouse with deck. Outdoor furniture, umbrella & BBQ - Sit outside for alfresco dining and enjoy stunning coastal views and sunsets - Private Pool & deck, with 2 sun lounges, side tables, umbrella and beach towels. - Pool is salt water, not heated, surrounded by clear glass with lockable doors, council approved. -Pool ladder weight limit, 100kg. - Gated backyard, landscaped native garden with fire pit & seating - We love dogs but can only welcome small dogs, one per stay. If your fur family is larger please send an enquiry first. Dogs, under 15 kg are best suited to the internal space of our guesthouse. Dogs are required to be house trained and well behaved. We provide a water bowl, food bowl, doggy towels, dog bed, dog blanket and poop bags. Where possible we encourage dog owners bring their own essentials required for their pets comfort. ***Please note we do not allow pets to be left alone on the property or locked up in the guesthouse for any period, while you are not there (they want to enjoy their holiday with you). BATHROOM: - toilet / shower (with fantastic water pressure) / wash basin / cabinet & mirror, wall hooks to hang towels. - towels, we provide quality bath towels, face washers, hand towel and bath mat. - Eco conscious body wash, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion - toothbrush holder - hair dryer - make up remover wipes - ear buds - toilet paper - tissues - air freshener spray - Eco bathroom cleaner MAIN BEDROOM (with coastal views): - Queen size bed, QB mattress & mattress protector - Quality sheets, 100% cotton Included: quilt, wall lamps, wardrobes, coat hangers, ceiling fan, 4 pillows, throws, 3 decor cushions, clothes steamer, block out curtain, sheer curtain & Venetian blind, full length mirror, wall hooks to hang essentials, wall shelf for light objects, small corner stool - Windows open at top and open outward - Windows are tinted for extra privacy and coolness. - Duster buster (small handheld vacuum cleaner) - Beach towels SECOND BEDROOM with bunk bed: - Single (top), quality linen, 100% cotton, comforter, pillow, light throw, decor cushion - Double (bottom), quality linen, 100% cotton, quilt, pillows, light throw, decor cushions, bedside light. - window opens outward, is partially frosted for privacy and has a pull down blind. - Wall hooks to hang essentials. -Small side table - Ample storage is available under the double bed for suitcases and bags. - Additional items stored under the double bed are:- - basket containing items for pets + small dog bed. - portable clothes rack to hang towels/clothes outside for extra quick drying. KITCHEN with all basic amenities: - DELONGHI NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE, coffee pods supplied. - BIALETTI Moka Coffee pot available for use (please bring your own ground coffee ). Black tea, herbal tea, hot chocolate, full cream milk, sugar, sweetener - 2 Slice Flat Sandwich Press – makes 2 sandwiches at once - Toaster, Kettle, 2 element Ceramic Cooktop, Small Fridge, Microwave, Oven, cleaning products, all basic crockery (plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils etc) - Condiments, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, herbs and spices - Rubbish bin under sink – 2 compartments, general waste and recycle waste -paper towel, paper napkins, 3 x tea towels (there are many more items available within the guesthouse but if there is anything else you may need to make your stay that little bit more comfortable then please feel free to reach out. LIVING ROOM: - Smart TV, WiFi, STAN ( at times of strong coastal winds the internet and reception may be impacted) - Split System A/C - heating and cooling - Ceiling fan - Seating - padded window bench, with plenty of cushions to lean back on & ottomans to put your feet up on. - Extendable table, seats up to 4 - Small storage cabinet - Board games, books - Window: Venetian blind and is tinted for extra privacy and coolness. - Doorway: sheer curtain and block out curtain and is tinted for extra privacy and coolness. Guest access Our guesthouse is at the rear of our property, on the high side. Access is via a separate and private guest pathway that is on an incline (please reach out if you have mobility concerns or feel free to ask for luggage assistance). On the day of your arrival, before 2pm check in time, you will receive a message providing a code to access the door key in the lock box and entry details. Guest space for private and exclusive use are as follows: - guesthouse & deck - pool & deck - backyard & fire pit Other things to note Please note we do not cater for infants and toddlers so if you have a beautiful new born or very young family member and would like to book with us, then please bring along items required for their comfort and safety, i.e portacot, bath etc - please make this known to us in your booking or send an enquiry if you wish to discuss safety concerns. Dogs: If you are looking to bring a furry family member - please note we have a one pet policy. If your fur family is more than one then please send an enquiry first. A maximum weight of 15 kg is set for dogs and best suited to the space confines within the guesthouse. We like to receive a little information about your pet before arriving and we have a number of rules around dogs staying so please read the full list in the House Manual to ensure you are comfortable with them. BUNK BED, top SINGLE bed suitable for young children only - has a low hanging ceiling beam above, we would like to point this out so you are aware when booking. Please note this is a smoke free, vape free, drug free property. No parties, events or gatherings allowed.
