Located next to the Le Mistral hotel, the accommodation has direct access to National Road 7 (25 m away). The immediate surroundings are quite typical, and the accommodation is not geographically isolated. There is heavy traffic from 6 am to 8 am and from 4 pm to 6 pm, but this has no impact because the accommodation is very well soundproofed. It is very quiet at night and, above all, less noisy than a city center. Dear future tenants, We would like to draw your attention to a few particularities of this rental: it is not intended for parties or any other activities that cause disturbances. Your reservation must correspond exactly to the number of people and animals entering the accommodation. Check-in is not possible before 6 pm, and check-out must be no later than 10 am. This rental is not suitable for people who work at night and sleep during the day or for those with reduced mobility who use a wheelchair. There is no air conditioning, but 2 fans are available. The accommodation stays cool because it is well insulated... We accept reservations with pets, but there are rules to follow: pets must not have access to the bedding or the bathroom, the pet must not be left alone in the cottage and must be supervised outside, and any breaches resulting in additional cleaning costs (soiling or damage) will be your responsibility. The accommodation we offer can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of an independent space of 28 m2 located on the ground floor of a one-story house. It is composed of three rooms carefully arranged for your comfort and well-being. The first room is a spacious 6 m² shower room, equipped with a shower, two sinks and a toilet. You will thus be able to enjoy a space dedicated to your daily grooming in a pleasant and functional setting. The second room is a cozy 11 m2 bedroom, designed for two people. It has a 200 x 140 double bed for a restful night. There is also a small desk with a chair, as well as a dressing room to easily store all your belongings. A space dedicated to a folding crib is available in this room, and a folding crib can be provided free of charge upon request... The third room, originally intended as a bedroom, has been arranged to provide you with a convenient kitchenette area. You can prepare delicious simple meals and enjoy a friendly space to sit down at the table and chairs available to you. In addition, if the weather conditions allow, you can also enjoy an outdoor dining area, equipped with an umbrella to shelter you from the sun. Regarding this third room, please note that the sofa bed is intended for those of you who choose to sleep in the same bed. It will therefore be left in the "sofa" position for your comfort. However, if you prefer or need to sleep separately (please let us know when you book). In this case, the sofa will be converted into a bed, perfect for 1 to 2 people. The kitchenette is equipped with a small worktop with shelves dedicated to dishes and cooking utensils. There is also a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster to help you prepare your meals. A gas cooking area with four burners and a gas oven, as well as a range hood, are also at your disposal. Finally, a sink and a small 100-liter fridge, as well as a 55-cm TV, complete this functional space. Tea, instant and ground/filter coffee and sugar are available for free, and salt, pepper and oil for cooking are also provided...
