Day dock for your rental boat and large deck for seating and enjoying the view. Plenty of adventures around in New Hampshire's magical trails where you can hike or bike. The space Our unit has a private lake view screened porch, a Queen bed, kitchenette with all you need for your stay, full size fridge, flat-top cooktop, a full bathroom, large TV with cables and WIFI. Smartlock for easy access, no need for keys. Appliances: Fridge, Flat-top stovetop, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, Silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, wine glasses, mugs, utensils, etc. Guest access Guests can enjoy large deck with chairs and tables, a day dock to relax on, private swimming area, a playground and a seasonal game room with pool-table and two arcade style games (bring your quarters). Enjoy swimming, kayaking (bring your own), boating and more on lake Winnisquam and return to our cozy condo to recharge. Other things to note This is a NON SMOKING resort - any violations will be charged a $250 smoking and deep cleaning fee.
