From the porch and windows, enjoy an unobstructed view of the lake, mountainside, and campers by the shores. Guest access All areas are accessible. An EB Park pass is available for a $75.00 replacement fee if it is not returned. Other things to note There are five binders available for your reference: 1. Black Floral Binder: House Manual, How Elephant Butte Became, Menus from Local Restaurants, What Animals and Critters are in the Area 2. Hot Spring Mineral Baths in the area 3. Animals in NM 4. House Rules and 5. Additionally, the Cream Floral Binder contains the operational manual for the house. The home has Perfect Air mini-splits, providing clean, energy-efficient heating and cooling. A bassinet and pack-n-play are available upon request if you have infants or toddlers. The porch is enclosed for safety. Toddlers can ride a tiny tricycle, and pets can relax without worry.
