Private house, no space is shared, 2,000 mts of land, parking for 5 cars, 4 bedrooms w/ bathroom, private pool (5x12) with heating 29-32oC spring, summer and autumn and Winter 28-29 oC (depends on the weather), Palapa. Families with pets, not youth groups, wi-fi. We are more expensive, but the quality is worth it. Family only. Dogs $600 per reservation for extra cover washing. The space IMPORTANT NOTE: Our guests do not have to clean the house, the house is cleaned after they leave their room. Our house is very comfortable. Cable TV, Smart TV in every room. Wi-Fi service. All bedrooms have their own full and private bathroom, plus we have two outdoor bathrooms for the pool. Sheets and towels are included for the 15 guests. The pool is large. We have a palapa next to the pool where you can grill meat. The land with garden is very nice and spacious, you and your pets will enjoy it a lot. There's a river that crosses the property. Parking for 5 cars. Private security in the subdivision. Clubhouse with tennis court option. The pool table has a security deposit with Airbnb for $3,000 in case of damage from tearing, liquid spills or food stains. If there is no damage, the security deposit will not be requested. This is optional if you do not want to use the table, it is not uncovered. The pool heating and air conditioning of the house have an additional cost of $800 per night due to the high gas consumption of the boiler. In spring-summer we reach temperatures of up to 32 degrees and in autumn-winter of 28 or 29 degrees which is the average temperature in sports clubs and hotel pools. Guest access Warm weather. A house to yourself, not shared. Come and enjoy the sun, pool, and relax. The subdivision is gated with private security. There is a store inside the subdivision. We can contact a lady from the village who cooks very good taquizas and even a quesadilla stand in the house. We highly recommend it. We can also contact someone for service. Other things to note Las Estacas is 5 minutes away. Somewhere a guest wrote in a comment that the house should be left clean and even with the bathrooms washed. This is a mistake. The house is left in the conditions of use of the weekend without the need for cleaning. But we do ask that you don't leave any dirty dishes in the kitchen. This house is the product of a lot of effort from our entire family. We always prefer our guests to be families or groups of people who can take responsibility for taking care of our property during their stay. No youth groups.
