10 min to Sugarloaf, 10 feet to Tufulios

2 level condo in Valley Crossing/Tufulios building. Only 10 minute drive to Sugarloaf, or leave the car and ride the Explorer shuttle to the mountain. Walk out the door and over to the beautiful Carrabassett River, town park and biking/hiking trails. Coin-op laundry in building. The space On the main floor is the kitchen, living and dining room and bathroom. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and another 1/2 bathroom. Note that the spiral staircase in the pictures is how you access the bedrooms downstairs. Guest access You'll have full access to everything in the condo, and there is a padlock ski locker in to store your ski's in as well. Other things to note There is a coin-op laundry in the basement of the building. Tufulios is an awesome Italian restaurant/bar that is just down the hallway so you'll never even have to put a jacket on to go get a drink or bite to eat. They have a great happy hour 4-6pm every night they're open. They are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
