The space The property is essentially located between Jay Peak Resort and Smugglers Notch Resort and is nestled on 10 private acres in the mountains. Bedrooms: On the first floor, you will find two private rooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen bed. First Floor Facilities: The first floor also features a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (please note that there is no dishwasher), a welcoming living room, and a charming dining room. Lofted Area: Above the living room, there is a large lofted area that offers additional sleeping arrangements. It includes a queen bed and a pull-out day bed with two single mattresses, perfect for children or additional guests. While the space can accommodate up to 8 people, it is best suited for up to 6 adults with room for up to two additional children. Finished Walkout Basement: Our property also features a finished walkout basement, which is a fantastic bonus space. You will find a built-in bar, a billiard room for some friendly competition, and ample storage space for bikes and ski equipment. Additionally, there is another full bathroom for added convenience. We also have yard and indoor games for guest use. Outdoors we have a beautiful porch with seating and a fantastic view of the mountains. We also have a designated space for bonfires- bundle up and have a winter bonfire, enjoy some hot cocoa and roast some s’mores. We also have a private sledding hill (sleds provided) for the adventurous snow speeders. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and property. There is plenty of parking available, a spacious private yard. Other things to note We are located directly off of rt 109. There is about a half a mile of uphill dirt road to access the property. As such, we recommend 4WD vehicles especially in the winter time and during our “mud season” which is typically in April and some of May. The town does plow/sand the dirt road and we will make sure that the driveway is plowed for your stay. In the summers, almost any car can drive on the roads just fine!
