NO EXCEPTIONS. Dogs MUST stay off furniture and bedding and never be left alone in house (unless in kennel). Even very well-behaved dogs can get scared and do damage in new surroundings. Do not lock dogs in rooms please. Guest access Guests will have the entire space and able to access with smart lock entry. Also, code to the entrance to the gated community of Kiwanda Shores. Shot walk to the beach! Other things to note The county of Tillamook required quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. until 7:00a.m. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS. PLEASE be honest. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably and any more than this will be too crowded. And PLEASE do not sneak pets in. We will know and you will be charged the pet fee. When requesting a reservation, please tell us a little about yourself and the person you are traveling with. Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is by 11am. Please observe check-in and check-out time as we have guests checking in and out back to back on the same day. Due to tight cleaning schedule, late check-out is not allowed. Early check-in is likely not possible—however, if the home is ready before check-in time, we will send you a message to let you know. ** Please accurately disclose the number of guest(s) for your reservation. Extra guest fee is $25.00 per person per night, after 6 guests.. You will be subjected to $75 fine per person per night if you fail to include extra person(s) when making the reservation. However, if a reservation has been made with inaccurate number of guest(s), you can edit the number of guest(s) at the reservation page accordingly. HOUSE RULES **Complete ID verification thru Airbnb. Must be at least 25 years old to book. **Non-registered guests are NOT allowed at the property after 9 pm. **No shoes in the house, please **No street parking allowed ** Pet friendly w/ $100 fee (+ fees & taxes, 1 dog max, 50lbs or less) ** No events, parties or large gatherings. **Please note that 3 security cameras in total. 1 at garage, 1 at front door and 1 at back door. All pointing away from house and motion detction. **No smoking or vaping of any substances is allowed at the property (inside and outside the property). Subject to $500 fine and $300 smoke removing fee. **Do not burn candles or incense in the house. **Use of travel crib and high chair are at your own risk. **Please make sure to lock all doors (front & back) every time when you enter and leave the property. This is for your safety and to secure your belongings.
