The space 10 minutes from the Lakes, 10 minutes from Nigloland amusement park, 35 minutes from Troyes and factory stores, the Gite de la Barse is a small cocoon tastefully decorated, ideal for a romantic getaway or for a family with children. You will have all the amenities on site: restaurant, supermarket, train station, pharmacy... This single-story apartment offers a living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with sofa bed of great comfort to accommodate 2 additional people (supplement of €20/person for the stay), flat screen TV, a bedroom composed of a double bed (140 x 190), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bed will be made upon arrival, heating and electricity will be included in the price of the stay. CLEANING DEPOSIT of €35 to be paid on arrival in addition to the gîte deposit. At the foot of the cottage, you will have free parking and in front of the cottage, there is a public square with benches. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: golf 3 km away, swimming, fishing and water sports at the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, visits to cellars and Champagne tasting...
