Cozy vacation home on the outskirts of the settlement town of IJzendijke. Close to the coast, picturesque towns such as Groede, Sluis or a little further Bruges, Ghent and Middelburg. A paradise for cyclists and hikers through the polders or the Zwin nature reserve. The house can accommodate 5 people and 1 baby. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. You can enjoy the sunny terrace with BBQ. A garage is available where you can place bicycles. The space On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Next is the cozy living room with a dining table that can seat 6 people. There are 2 high chairs available. A Tripp Trapp high chair for older children and a toddler chair with a bar. Finally, a small but recently completely renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and bath and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are a total of 3 bedrooms. There are 2 double beds (180 cm and 160 cm), a single bed and a toddler bed. There are roller shutters in all rooms, and the house is also very child-friendly due to 2 installed stair gates. The toilet is located downstairs. You can spend time on the sunny terrace (2 large parasols are available). There is a BBQ available. You also have access to a part of the garage where you can safely store your own bicycles if necessary. You can also use the washing machine and drying cabinet. Guest access The house and part of the garage are fully accessible to guests. Other things to note We are pleased to hear that you are aware of your energy consumption, especially in this time of high energy prices. To do our part for a sustainable future, we kindly ask you to avoid unnecessary energy consumption, for example by turning off the lights when you don't need them and by unplugging phone chargers when not in use. We would like to inform you that the rental price per day includes 10kwh of electricity and 3.5 m3 of gas. Please note that charging electric vehicles is not allowed, as this is not part of the facilities of the house. An exception to this are electric bicycles that may be charged. If your consumption is higher than the normal consumption as described above, additional charges will be made via Airbnb: 2.40 euros per m3 of gas and 0.68 euros per kWh of electricity. This data is tracked by the digital electricity and gas meter. Are you a company and booking on behalf of your employees? Then a separate lease is required.
