The space The apartment, located on the ground floor, welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room that features a double sofa bed, a Tv, a dining table and an open kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, American coffee maker, kettle and microwave. A French door provides access to the private porch equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first equipped with a queen-size bed, and the second with a queen-size bed, consisting of two single beds, which can be separated upon request. Both rooms enjoy access to the private garden. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. Guests will have air conditioning in all rooms, central heating for colder days, and free wi-fi. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property (width 3.20 m - length 6.20 m - height 2 m). *Condominium pools are open from May 1 to September 30, and only 2 loungers per apartment can be used in the pool area. *Basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
