This studio, 1 full bath is tastefully decorated and comfortable so you'll feel right at home! Sleeps 4 with 1 Queen size bed & 1 Queen inflatable air mattress. The bright kitchen offers a full array of kitchen supplies to suit your cooking style. The bedroom area offers a partition for privacy and a second private covered balcony. NOTE: After Covid, bring your own towels and linens (blankets and pillows provided). Thanks! : ) Recently renovated with contemporary flooring and a 65" Samsung wall mounted TV, 52' ceiling fan and gel memory foam (queen) mattress topper. You'll relax in style and comfort. You'll love the 2 large balconies with a partial ocean view that's perfect for your family vacation. Enjoy family time with a movie on the 65" TV or surfing the internet with our complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet access. The side balcony offers peaceful sunrises or a place to just relax with your morning cup of coffee. Park your car in the secure underground parking garage. At Beach Time you're just a short stroll away from the beach and boardwalk with many surrounding stores and restaurants! Sleeps 4 - Queen size bed in Bedroom area and a recently upgraded new sofa bed (full). Heating/ac units, ceiling fan over queen bed area and a separate portable stand up fan. Wireless High-Speed Wi-Fi internet Access (bring your laptop). Underground secure parking, 1 space conveys. Complex Amenities: Elevator, rooftop pool with spectacular views (in season only) with Saturdays reserved for owners only. Large courtyard with Koi/fish pond. Secure underground parking, wheeled bins provided for transporting luggage. Furnished lobby with staff available during business hours. Pick your keys up on site. Separate entrance for beach access with outdoor hot shower. Coin operated laundry room located on 3rd floor. Changing room available after check out on Saturdays. Rehoboth amenities: outlet malls with over 130 stores, 2 waterparks (seasonal), movie theaters, golf courses and restaurants within seven miles. Guest access Guests will have access to the Beach Time condo, plus the main reception area, coin-operated laundry room (located on 3rd floor), outdoor showers and bathroom, building staff available during regular business hours and an underground parking spot per reservation (1 space conveys). Other things to note Remember to bring you own linens and towels. After Covid most prefer and we've continued this practice. ***OVEN is set to Celsius & working on converting to Farenheit***use calculateme dot com to convert Farenheit to Celsius if using oven**** TV has National Channels only (NO LOCAL CHANNELS). Church bells ring on the hour (next building over) 8am - 8pm. ***Air Conditioning and Heater are turned on/off by the building management as follows: -Heating (October - 2nd week in May) -A/C (2nd week in May - September) ***You may control the NEST operated heat and A/C temperatures individually in the condo once activated by the building management.*** ***WE DO (YES) HAVE HOT WATER**** some have misread so, just confirming***** : ) ***2026: Recently upgraded darkening window blinds, leather recliners, new refrigerator and new garage piping.) ***NOTE (IMPORTANT): The property management office charges $75-$100 for after hours calls regarding lost/misplaced keys with renters unable to enter the condo.**** Also, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, toilet paper, etc. are in the condo for your use. ***Condo Pool open until Labor Day Weekend (at times extended if weather permits!)*** ***There are 3 beach chairs and two beach umbrellas in the condo for your use.******
