The space Each of our apartments has two bedrooms with a full bathroom and on the ground floor a main space with natural light where the dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen are distributed with everything you need to prepare your morning coffee or cook something with fresh produce that you can find very close by. You can also enjoy a private terrace within the apartment, ideal for a sunny afternoon or appreciate the night with your favorite drink. You'll have complimentary amenities like natural water, mineral water, coffee station, tea and sugar, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body cream, among others. Guest access The condominium has a shared roof garden, decorated with plants, equipped with a 70" screen, a living area with comfortable furniture, and a charcoal grill. It's ideal for relaxing, watching a movie, or spending a pleasant afternoon outdoors. 🕒 Hours of use: Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. 📌 Rules of use: -The barbecue must be booked in advance to guarantee exclusivity. - Only guests registered in the reservation can access. - No pets allowed in this area.
