Rental unit in Radford

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The space The room, kitchenette and full bath are in the basement of my Townhouse. You have your own parking and entrance. I do not come downstairs when guest are present. I have a curtain up in the hall only signifying where the Air B&B space ends. My garage and laundry are down there but I do not come downstairs when guest are present. As well the door at the top of the steps is locked securely.
