The space 🛏️ Sleeps 8 Comfortably 3 Bedrooms – multiple beds with white duvets, clean and cozy 1 Full Bathroom – stocked with fresh towels and essentials All linens provided – clean sheets, blankets, and extra pillows 🔸 Please note: Bedrooms are located down a short set of stairs. Watch your step. 🛋️ Spacious Living & Amenities Very clean, open floor plan with a combined kitchen and living area – perfect for relaxing or gathering as a group Sunroom/Mudroom – a bright, cozy space to soak up the sun without being out in the elements Also a great spot for your pet to hang out during your stay Treadmill – stay active indoors Large Lawn & BBQ Grill – enjoy shaded outdoor space for personal use Please keep pets on a leash and out of the neighbors' yards High-Speed Wi-Fi – ready for remote work, streaming, or staying connected In-Unit Washer/Dryer Combo – detergent provided (Full Laundry available upon request in the main house.) 🏀 Optional Add-Ons Large Racquetball Court – includes a basketball hoop Fenced Backyard Fun Zone – includes a trampoline, cement tennis court (perfect for bikes & trikes), sandbox, and plenty of grassy yard space Guest access You’ll have full access to: The entire apartment The sunroom/mudroom – perfect for soaking up some sunshine or a cozy spot for your pet The shady front lawn – great for relaxing or letting kids play (just please keep pets on a leash and out of neighbors’ yards) A fully fenced-in backyard with a trampoline, sandbox, and a cement court perfect for bikes and trikes Optional fun spaces (just let us know!): A big indoor racquetball court with a basketball hoop You'll have your own key code to get in ( last 7 digits of my phone number 2530009) Other things to note Quiet Community: Meadow is a peaceful, small town, so we ask that you be mindful of noise, especially during the evening hours. Pet-Friendly: We’re happy to welcome pets! Just make sure to keep your dog on a leash, especially in the front yard, and please clean up after them. There is a fenced-in backyard where pets can safely enjoy the space. Stairs: There are steps leading down to the bedrooms, so please be cautious when going up and down. It’s a step but worth mentioning for safety! Wi-Fi: The apartment has high-speed internet for work or entertainment, so whether you’re working remotely or streaming your favorite shows, you’ll have reliable access. Privacy: The apartment is completely private, with its own entrance and electronic keypad entry. You won’t need to worry about anyone interrupting your stay, but feel free to reach out if you need anything! Housekeeping: We provide a cleaning fee for the apartment to cover my time and for cleaning supplies.
