Beautiful, comfortable beach house in a safe gated community. It is a completely furnished home. Located in El Bajo Beach, there are many local, authentic Puerto Rican restaurants. Note: The pool in this location is communal. Starting in August, we will provide limited battery power in the event of an electrical outage in the area. The space The house is a great relaxing place where you can walk to the beach and the pool (5 - 15 min walk). It is located inside the gated community Solimar and within walking distance to El Bajo Beach, considered the new 'Malecon de Patillas'. There is a great restaurant with authentic Puerto Rican food and bars (chinchorros). The area is very safe and has beautiful surroundings. The house is fully furnished, with full-size appliances, a microwave, coffee machines, plates, pots, and pans. We provide linen, towels, and pillows. **Power Notes** In Puerto Rico, power outages are part of island life—our battery backup will keep lights, fridge, fans, and TV going. However, to conserve power during outages, some equipment must be turned off, including the air conditioning, microwave, hair dryer, water heater, washer, and dryer. Please note that, due to occasional issues with the island’s electrical grid, short power interruptions may still occur even with the solar system installed. We work hard to keep power reliable, but we cannot always guarantee uninterrupted electricity. **Sleeping Arrangements** • Master: Queen bed • Bedroom 2: Two Full beds • Bedroom 3: Twin bed + Full bunk bed (top and bottom) **Important Notes** 1. Only the 3 bedrooms have A/C units. 2. Parking for 2 cars. 3. Limited toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first 3 days. Laundry soap not provided. Nearby stores and Walmart are available. 4. Guests must review and agree to our Short-Term Rental Agreement during the reservation process. Guest access All house perimeters are accessible to the neighborhood pool, which is accessible via a magnetic key; the same key will also open the gate to the beach. An access code is required to enter the private community at the main gate. The access code will be provided during your check-in with our property manager. In addition, upon your check-in, you will be provided with an electronic key that will provide you access to the community, the community pool, and the beach.
