Beach-house Gated community-15 min walk to beach

Beautiful, comfortable beach house in a safe gated community. It is a completely furnished home. Located in El Bajo Beach, there are many local, authentic Puerto Rican restaurants. Note: The pool in this location is communal. Starting in August, we will provide limited battery power in the event of an electrical outage in the area. The space The house is a great relaxing place where you can walk to the beach and the pool (5 - 15 min walk). It is located inside the gated community Solimar and within walking distance to El Bajo Beach, considered the new 'Malecon de Patillas'. There is a great restaurant with authentic Puerto Rican food and bars (chinchorros). The area is very safe and has beautiful surroundings. The house is complete with furniture, and the kitchen has full-size appliances, a microwave, coffee machines, plates, pots, and pans. We provide linen, towels, and pillows. The living room has a 55" smart TV, and the master bedroom has a 43" smart TV. The Master Bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a Queen-size bed, the 3rd Bedroom has a single twin bed and a Bunkbed (Bottom is full and top is a twin bed) IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. ONLY the 3 bedrooms have an A/C unit 2. During electrical outages, we offer a limited emergency battery power backup to help you stay comfortable. During an outage, the lights throughout the house will remain on, and the refrigerator, ceiling fans, and TV will continue to function. Please keep in mind that certain appliances cannot be used with the battery backup. Using them will disable the system, so it’s crucial to avoid plugging them in: the microwave, hair dryer, water heater, washer, and dryer. The air conditioners should not be turned ON. *IMPORTANT WARNING* Using any of the appliances listed above will drain the battery, cutting off ALL electricity. Depending on the duration of the power outage, weather conditions, and your usage, we cannot guarantee that the battery backup system will last the specified time. 3. Provide parking for 2 cars. 4. We only provide a limited amount of toilet paper and shampoo for the first 3 days of your reservation. We do not provide laundry soap. There is a store near the house where guests can purchase these items if needed, and while driving toward the house, there is a Walmart store. 5. We require our guests to review our Short-Term Contract Agreement during the reservation process. By completing the reservation, the guest agrees and accepts all rules and regulations as stipulated in this document. Guest access All house perimeters are accessible to the neighborhood pool which is accessible via a magnetic key, same key will be used to open the gate toward the beach. Access code is needed at the main gate to enter the private community. The access code will be provided during your check-in with our property manager. In addition, upon your check-in, you will be provided with an electronic key that will provide you access to the community, the community pool, and the beach. Other things to note RULES: • No parties, big events, or big gatherings of any kind. Only people on the booking registration could stay in the house ($250 fee if not followed) • No Smoking ($250 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal treatment). • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM-7:00 AM Important Note: Short-Term Rental Agreement We understand that our guests AGREE and ACCEPT all rules and regulations of our 'Short-Term Rental Agreement' by completing the booking process.
