Oceanfront Cottage

Our cottage sits on the confluence of the Narraguagus River and the Atlantic Ocean. Two private acres set back from a rural road with a private, sandy beach. The cottage was built in the 1960's and renovated in 2009, its cozy and well equipped. Incredible sunsets can be counted on almost every night and wildlife - particularly deer and eagles are plentiful. A five minute drive will have you in town with a grocery store, shops and restaurants. Bar Harbor and Campobello Island are an hours drive. The space The cottage is cozy, with a small but fully stocked kitchen, living room and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed - with windows overlooking the water, one room has twin beds and the third has a full bed. We have a large yard and deck, chairs overlooking the beach and a firepit. The beach is private and rarely see anyone else on it. Strong (Starlink) internet keeps you connected we also have a good collection of books, games and puzzles for a rainy (or just relaxing!) day. There is a Washer and Dryer in the cottage as well. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property (will have to share with the deer, however!). This includes the cottage, yard and beach. Other things to note This has been a vacation rental for several years - until this year listed on VRBO where we retained a perfect rating and strong reviews.
