Features a kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, Kurig, cofee maker, and a laundry washer/dryer. Just a 10-minute walk to downtown Onancock, it's the perfect place to enjoy a little serenity. **Note: We use 3rd party insurance purchased after booking ($15-$35) - please read to the end of the listing. The space This 1-bedroom apartment features a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a 1.5 bath for added convenience. The apartment also includes its own laundry area, making it ideal for extended stays or those looking for a separate space while still enjoying the amenities of the main house. It has its own entrance but is connected to the main house (also listed) by a hallway and double doors that are locked from each side to ensure privacy and safety. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance with a smart lock, so there's no need to worry about keys. If you’re renting the main house as well, a connecting hallway with double locked doors provides privacy and sound insulation between the spaces. Other things to note **Important:** To maintain the property's high standards, our third-party insurance provider, Truvi, will initiate a verification process post-booking. You will be offered two options for damage protection: a $35 damage waiver fee for up to $500 of accidental damage, or a $15 fee plus a $500 refundable deposit. This verification process must be completed, and the damage insurance settled before your arrival.
