The space This is a 1st floor unit of a duplex. There are about 6-8 steps up onto the front porch. Once inside your unit you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Guest access During your stay you'll have full access to your unit and the amenities offered. The neighborhood is right in the heart of Kansas City. It is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores, restaurants and local attractions that you can think of. Only 5 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum. 10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium 10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena 20 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS and Walgreens pharmacy. Other things to note Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
