CBJ Short-term Rental Unit # CBJ1002504 The space The rental has a private ground floor entrance with key code for easy access. It has a queen bed that accommodates 2 adults comfortably. There is also a Full size Futon to accommodate small families or a 3rd guest. There is a private bathroom with shower and washer/dryer for laundry. The kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. There is a sprinkler system throughout the building for quality fire safety. Guest access The rental entrance is separate and on the ground floor. It is attached to the main home but is its own separate apartment. There are 12 stairs from the entrance/ bathroom area up to the sleeping/ living area. There is dedicated parking on the premises. Like most accommodations we have a 12:00 (noon) check-out time but since the door has key code access, you can check-in any time after 3pm regardless of when your plane or ferry arrives.
