La Joya Beach: a natural cove less than 1 km from the town center, accessible by a path that runs along cliffs with an impressive suspension bridge on the Peñón de Jolúcar. Maruja García Beach: dark sand, quiet and uncrowded, ideal for those looking for privacy and relaxation. Cañón and Pelá beaches: west of the municipality, popular in summer, with large parking areas and easy access, perfect for enjoying the full day on the beach. Other things to note 🌊 Torrenueva Costa and its surroundings Torrenueva Costa is located in the heart of the Costa Tropical of Granada, occupying the western part of Cabo Sacratif. From our apartment you can walk the entire coastline to the Sacratif Lighthouse, first along the promenade and then along a spectacular path over the cliff, which includes a suspension bridge overlooking the sea. 🏰 The town's name comes from an 18th-century defensive watchtower, still standing, located next to the N-340 national road (Málaga–Almería), just 50 meters from our accommodation.
